Ich habe mir ein kleines U-Boot gebaut. Mit dem Ding tauche ich tief runter.
Für eine kurze Zeit sehe und höre ich nicht die schlimmen Nachrichten unserer Zeit.
Ich weiß ja, dass ich wieder hoch kommen muss und alles wieder sehe und höre,
doch diese kurze friedliche Zeit nehme ich mir.

For a brief time, I do not see and hear the terrible news of our time.
